Privacy Policy

Anthony Leonard EI ("Swift Forge Studio") operates the NextBound mobile application. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. This Privacy Policy applies to all users of NextBound worldwide, including residents of the European Union (GDPR), California (CCPA), and other jurisdictions.

2. Data We Collect

2.1 Account Information — When you sign in, we receive the following depending on your chosen method: Apple Sign-In: your name and email address (or Apple-relayed email). Google Sign-In: your name, email address, and profile picture. Email/Password: your email address and encrypted password. 2.2 Travel & Trip Data — We store trip simulations, layover plans, purchased bundles, and travel preferences you create within the app, in order to sync them across your devices and provide the service. 2.3 Purchase & Subscription Data — We record which trips, plans, bundles, or subscriptions (Premium / Premium+) you have purchased. Payment processing is handled exclusively by Apple (App Store) and we never have access to your credit card or banking details. 2.4 AI-Generated Content — NextBound uses the OpenAI API to generate travel suggestions and itinerary content. Prompts and relevant context may be sent to OpenAI's servers to generate responses. We do not send your personally identifiable information to OpenAI beyond what is strictly necessary to fulfill your request. 2.5 Technical & Analytics Data — Basic device information (model, OS version), app usage analytics, and crash reports via Supabase and associated analytics tools, used to improve app stability and performance.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively to authenticate your identity and manage your account; sync your trips, plans, and purchases across devices; generate AI-powered travel content via OpenAI; process and track your purchases and subscriptions; analyze app performance and fix bugs; and provide customer support. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Service Providers (Subprocessors)

We use trusted third-party services to operate the app: Supabase Inc.: backend database, user authentication, and data storage. OpenAI, L.L.C.: AI-powered trip and layover generation engine. Apple Inc.: App Store distribution, Apple Sign-In, and payment processing. Google LLC: Google Sign-In authentication. Each subprocessor is bound by their own privacy and data protection policies.

International data transfers

Where data is transferred outside your country or the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards under applicable law (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) when required. Data may be processed in the United States, Singapore, the European Union, and other locations where these providers operate. Contact support@swiftforgestudio.com for more information.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

Your data is stored as long as your account is active. You can request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. We will process your deletion request within 30 days.

6. Your Rights

6.1 GDPR (EU Residents) — If you are a resident of the European Union, you have the right to: access your personal data; rectify inaccurate data; request erasure of your data ("right to be forgotten"); object to or restrict certain processing; and data portability. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@swiftforgestudio.com. 6.2 CCPA (California Residents) — California residents have the right to know what personal data is collected, to request deletion, and to opt out of the sale of personal data. We do not sell personal data.

7. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted storage (Supabase), secure HTTPS transmission, and access controls to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. support@swiftforgestudio.com

Children's privacy, updates & contact

NextBound is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or by email. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance. Terms of Use (CGU)

1. Purpose — These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the NextBound mobile application (the "Application"). NextBound is an iOS application that allows users to simulate, plan, and organize trips and layovers, with both free and premium features. 2. Acceptance of the Terms — By downloading, accessing, or using the Application, you fully and unconditionally accept these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not use the Application. 3. Access to the Application — The Application is available on compatible iOS devices. Some features require creating a user account via Apple Sign-In, Google Sign-In, or email and password. The Application includes free features and premium features available through individual purchases or a paid subscription. 4. User Account — Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Any activity carried out under the user's account is deemed to have been performed by that user. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. 5. Services Offered — NextBound provides trip simulation, layover planning, AI-generated travel content and suggestions (powered by OpenAI), individual trip and layover plan purchases, city-based bundle purchases, and Premium and Premium+ subscriptions for full access. Content and features may evolve at any time. We do not guarantee the availability of any specific feature indefinitely.

8. Intellectual Property

All content and features of the Application — including trip data, AI outputs displayed in-app, design, graphics, logos, and source code — are protected by intellectual property laws and remain the exclusive property of Anthony Leonard EI / Swift Forge Studio. No rights are transferred to the user through use of the Application.

  • Any unauthorized reproduction, representation, modification, or adaptation of the Application or its content is strictly prohibited.
  • Any unauthorized reproduction or distribution for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

7. Purchases & Subscriptions

The Application offers individual trip purchases, individual layover plan purchases, city-based bundles, Premium subscription (monthly or annual access to all features), and Premium+ subscription (enhanced access with additional features). All payments are processed exclusively via the Apple App Store. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, via the user's Apple ID Account Settings.

6. AI-Generated Content

NextBound uses artificial intelligence (OpenAI) to generate travel suggestions and itinerary content. AI-generated content is provided for informational and planning purposes only. It does not constitute professional travel, legal, or safety advice. Always verify critical travel information with official sources.

9. Liability

The Application is provided on an "as is" basis. We cannot be held liable for: service interruptions caused by Apple, OpenAI, Supabase, or internet failures; inaccuracies in AI-generated travel content; loss of data due to device issues or account deletion; or travel decisions made based on app content.

11. Modifications, applicable law & contact

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, French courts shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the user's right to bring proceedings before the courts of their country of residence. General Terms of Sale (CGV)

1. Purpose and Scope

1.1 Purpose — These General Terms of Sale (CGV) define the conditions applicable to purchases and subscriptions made through the NextBound mobile application. 1.2 Acceptance — By making any purchase or subscribing via the Apple App Store, the user acknowledges having read and unconditionally accepted these terms.

3. Products and Pricing

3.1 Available Products — NextBound offers: individual trips (one-time purchase of a specific trip plan); individual layover plans (one-time purchase of a layover itinerary); city bundles (a collection of trips and/or layover plans for a chosen city); Premium subscription (monthly for full platform access); Premium+ subscription (monthly with enhanced features).

3.2 Pricing

Prices are displayed in the App Store in the user's local currency. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law. The publisher reserves the right to modify prices at any time, with reasonable prior notice to subscribers.

Digital delivery

Purchased digital content and entitlements are delivered as soon as Apple confirms payment, typically immediately after purchase.

4. Payment and Renewal

4.1 Payment — All payments are processed exclusively by Apple Inc. via the App Store. The publisher has no access to your banking or payment details.

4.2 Automatic Renewal — Subscriptions (Premium and Premium+) automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Cancellation is managed via the user's Apple ID Account Settings.

Price and CGV changes

The publisher may update these CGV and pricing in line with App Store rules and applicable law. Subscribers will receive reasonable prior notice of price changes where required.

5. Withdrawal and Refunds

5.1 Right of Withdrawal — In accordance with European regulations on digital content, the user requests immediate access to the purchased content upon payment. Therefore, the user waives their right of withdrawal once content delivery has begun.

5.2 Refunds — All refund requests for App Store purchases must be submitted directly to Apple Support. The publisher cannot issue refunds directly for transactions processed through the App Store. For refund requests: https://reportaproblem.apple.com

6. Liability and Availability

The publisher strives for continuous availability of the Application but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. The publisher is not liable for: outages caused by Apple's App Store or infrastructure; internet connectivity issues on the user's side; scheduled or emergency maintenance; or inaccuracies in AI-generated travel content.

7. Intellectual Property

The Application and all its content (trip data, layover plans, AI-generated outputs, design, source code) remain the exclusive property of Anthony Leonard EI / Swift Forge Studio. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

8. Dispute Resolution

8.1 Applicable Law — These CGV are governed by French law.

8.2 Consumer Mediation

In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved amicably, the user may contact the following mediator: CM2C – https://www.cm2c.net/

8.3 Jurisdiction — Any dispute shall be brought before the competent French courts. Consumers may also use the courts of their country of residence.
