1. PURPOSE AND SCOPE

1.1. Purpose

These General Terms of Sale (hereinafter "CGV") define the conditions applicable to the subscription and use of the premium services offered by the BisayaLearn mobile application (hereinafter "the Application").

1.2. Acceptance

By subscribing, the user acknowledges having read and accepted these terms. Purchase via the Apple App Store implies unreserved acceptance.

3. SERVICES AND PRICING

3.1. Premium Features

Access to all categories, advanced pronunciation, interactive games, and ad-free experience.

3.2. Pricing

  • Price: €4.99 per month (or equivalent in local currency).
  • Taxes: Prices are "Net of Tax" (TVA non applicable). The final price displayed in the App Store is the one charged to the user.
  • Changes: The publisher reserves the right to modify the price, with at least one month's notice.

4. PAYMENT AND RENEWAL

4.1. Payment

Processed exclusively by Apple Inc. via the App Store. The publisher never has access to your banking details.

4.2. Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Management and cancellation are done via the user's Apple ID Account Settings.

5. WITHDRAWAL AND REFUNDS

5.1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European regulations on digital content, the user requests immediate access to the service upon subscription. Therefore, the user waives their right of withdrawal once the content delivery has begun.

5.2. Refunds

All refund requests must be handled through Apple Support. The publisher cannot issue refunds directly.

6. LIABILITY AND AVAILABILITY

The publisher strives for 24/7 availability but is not liable for App Store outages, internet failures, or maintenance. Content is provided for educational purposes without a guarantee of specific results.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Application and its content (Bisaya lessons, design, code) remain the exclusive property of Anthony Leonard EI. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

8.1. Applicable Law

These CGV are governed by French Law.

8.2. Consumer Mediation

In case of a dispute, the user may contact the following mediator:

8.3. Jurisdiction

Any dispute shall be brought before the French courts, though consumers may also use the courts of their country of residence.
